The form runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere until you send the email yourself.
How ordering works
Request a quote
Enter your instruments in the form above and send the generated PDF to zamowienia@ndn.com.pl.
Quotation and order form
We reply by email, usually within 1 working day. You receive a quotation and an order form with your instruments already filled in. The quotation is valid for 30 days.
Order
To accept the quotation, add the serial numbers and invoice details to the form and send it back in reply to our message. Once we confirm, deliver the instruments to the laboratory – by courier or in person – with a printout of the form in the parcel. To be completed: details of delivering instruments (courier, drop-off, opening times for deliveries)
Calibration and return
Calibration takes up to 10 working days, or up to 3 with express service, counted from the working day after the instrument arrives. We email calibration certificates as PDF files with an electronic signature. If returning the instruments involves an extra cost, we state it in the quotation; otherwise it is included in the calibration price.
On-site calibration is planned individually – we agree the date after you accept the quotation.
Accreditation
NDN Calibration Laboratory is accredited by the Polish Centre for Accreditation (PCA), no. AP 209, and meets the requirements of PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02. To be completed: accreditation reference wording per PCA DA-02
